We offer private transportation and airport transfers throughout Nassau and the surrounding areas in The Bahamas. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website, by phone, or by email.

• To confirm your booking, you need to pay in advance.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

Please contact us at least 12 hours before of the scheduled service if you need to modify your booking.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during booking.

• Abide by local laws and respect our drivers, guides, and property.

• Be punctual for your scheduled pickup time.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer displaying aggressive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior.

6. Liability Disclaimer

While we make every effort to provide safe and reliable services, Bahamas Black Car Services is not liable for:

• Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during transportation.

• Injuries or accidents resulting from negligence outside of our control.

7. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or cancel services due to weather conditions, safety

concerns, or operational reasons. In such cases, we will offer an alternative or issue a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including logos, text, photos, and graphics—is the property of Bahamas Black Car Services and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Nassau, Bahamas.
